1) How do I load up a project?
Contact starfuel12345@gmail.com and send through a description of the project (1 or 2 paragraphs), a list of skills you need or what you need people to do, a contact point and a picture/photo.

2) How do I get involved in a project?
Contact the person listed on the project description and highlight what you can offer to the project

3) Can I do the volunteer work during office hours?
There are different types of projects advertised on the site - NRF related, whereby upon agreement with your line manager, you can take part in these projects during work hours, if your KPIs allow; and those which are purely volunteer basis outside of office hours or by donating items.

4) I have an idea for a community based project but don't know where to start
Send us your idea and we can crowdsource the support you need to get it started!

5) What if no-one replies to my project?
Let us know if you're not getting responses and we will advertise the project across the NRF.

6) Is there funding for projects?
We are currently in our pilot phase and so no funding is accessible at the moment, however if the project is advertised and the costs highlighted maybe there will be people prepared to contribute to costs or help raise the money
